About the Job



JH.A is offering an opportunity to work in fast and diverse environment in the heart of Chorlton, working through RIBA work stages 1-7 within both interiors and architecture. Your day-to-day role would involve, but would not be limited to following:

Work with senior Architects and Technologists and assist in producing Designs through all stages, in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications and procedures. Review drawings and information received from both clients and external consultants. Work very closely with suppliers and on site teams to troubleshoot issues and assist in the project management process. Attend design, quality tracking, information and pre-start awareness meetings as required. Providing technical advice, problem solve and provide support/backup to other JH.A divisions/teams. Work with and be competent with a selection of software including, Revit, AutoCad, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, Enscape etc. Attend continued professional development courses as and when required. Attend site / and other meetings Maintain and exceed current levels of quality assurance within the Company.

What you'll need



A Degree in Architectural Technology or similar 1 - 2 years of experience Proficiency in 3D Design software Excellent spatial awareness Good verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline design environment Strong work ethic and the ability to produce accurate work to strict project deadlines Ability to communicate with departments to ensure a harmonious working environment. Teamworking : Team player with a proactive attitude. Ability to work in a pressured environment. Time management: Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Ideally a Full driving license
