Architectural Technologist Wanted - Join a Leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy in Billericay
Conrad Consulting is excited to partner with a renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy in Billericay, to find a talented Architectural Technologist to join their expanding Design and Project Management Team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious architectural professional eager to contribute to a wide range of construction projects, predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors.
About the Role: As an Architectural Technologist, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to the design and delivery of exceptional projects. You will take on the lead role in the design and development of allocated projects while collaborating closely with fellow team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of various projects through all RIBA stages.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver innovative solutions.
• Maintain strong technical drawing and drafting skills to produce accurate documentation.
• Ensure adherence to construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Organise and manage your workload effectively, demonstrating strong time-management skills.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with clients to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team.

Architectural Technologist Essential Requirements:

• An appropriate degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience within UK architecture industry.
• Experience within the Education & Healthcare sectors will be highly desirable.
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills, with an advanced proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• A solid understanding of construction methods, materials and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• A keen attention to detail, alongside strong problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to working collaboratively in a team setting.
• Aspiring or currently pursuing Chartered Member status with the Royal Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) is highly desirable.
