Hayloft Plants Limited, is an online garden shop that have been posting plants direct to customer doors since 1994. We are looking for an artworker/graphic designer, to join our team at our headquarters office in Pershore (Worcestershire).
Your main tasks will be aiding the sales team, by developing marketing materials for print and digital formats, including leaflets, newspapers/magazine adverts and emails, with a further opportunity to help evolve the brand, working in collaboration with the creative and content manager to produce catalogues throughout the changing seasons. You should be experienced and confident using the Adobe Creative Suite and be willing to help support other teams with creative requests.

Key responsibilities
Applying existing creative across a wide range of channels (print/digital)
Develop marketing materials for catalogues, newspaper/magazine ads.
Prepare files for print and liaising with suppliers
Opportunity to help evolve the brand, working in collaboration with the creative and content manager to come up with cohesive designs for future catalogues other marketing materials.
Other Responsibilities
Maintain an organised and accessible digital asset library.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
Support with visuals for email marketing/updating blogs on the website/social media creatives where the needs arise for the team.
Requirements/Essential Criteria
Experience in a graphic design or multimedia role.
Excellent knowledge in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe CC (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop)
Ability to develop marketing materials from existing creatives across a wide range of channels (print/digital, from catalogues, leaflets, newspaper/magazine ads.)
Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all assets.
Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively and convey ideas with confidence.
Desirable but not essential:
Experience working in a B2C environment
Bonus if you have an interest in gardening or have horticultural knowledge
Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo) and graphic design platforms like Canva.
Knowledge of photography and video production.
Basic knowledge of website management (e.g. updating imagery for blogs, full training given if there is a willingness to learn)
Project & Workflow Management
Work collaboratively with your line manager (content and creative manager) to ensure a smooth creative process.
Keep up to date with industry trends and suggest new ideas for creative campaigns.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
