Job Description

At Robert Dyas we're seeking a talented, driven, and hands-on Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring high-volume retail campaigns to life, with your designs seen by thousands of customers in-store and online.

A few highlights of what you'll do:

Designing for a wide range of print and digital channels including POS (point of sales), window posters, promotional leaflets, brochures, packaging, emails, social media, and banner ads



Creating engaging screen-based motion graphics using Adobe After Effects for in-store, promotional displays, social media & email.



Developing creative concepts and evolving campaign ideas in line with brand strategy and seasonal messaging

What we're looking for:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects motion design principles and CGI tools.

Experience working on fast-paced retail accounts, ideally across POS, promotional materials, and digital collateral.

Solid understanding of pre-production, print processes, and digital specifications.

Awareness of current digital and social formats, trends, and platform best practices.

Comfortable working from various briefing formats - verbal, email, Google Suite docs, spreadsheets, or marked-up proofs.

Ability to follow brand templates and interpret guidelines creatively.

A proactive mindset and the confidence to present ideas and solutions.
