The role

As a Junior Asset Management Engineer, you will take an active role in delivering asset management and maintenance projects. You will work directly with clients, support technical decision-making and contribute to the development of asset strategies, systems and processes.

This role is suited to early-career engineers or consultants who already have some industrial or asset-related experience and want to accelerate their development.

You will be supported by senior consultants while being trusted with real responsibility from an early stage.

Responsibilities

Deliver asset management and maintenance project activities for clients Build and maintain asset registers, hierarchies and criticality models Configure and manage asset data within CMMS systems Support maintenance strategy development and optimisation Engage directly with client engineers and managers Contribute to reports, recommendations and improvement plans

About you

Essential

Engineering degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years experience in an industrial, engineering or asset-related role Practical understanding of maintenance or asset data Confident communicator comfortable working with clients Willingness to travel to client sites
Desirable

Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo or similar) Exposure to asset management frameworks Working towards professional registration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Port Talbot SA13 1RF
