Shifts Examples:

40-45hrs a week made up of 8 shifts Food served: Mon - Sat: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-9pm / Sun: 12pm-7pm Day shift: 11.30am - 4pm Evening shift: 5.30pm - Close 10.30-11pm (approximatively - so no late lockups)

Responsibilities & Duties:

Greet customers & provide excellent customer service Take food & beverage orders accurately & deliver to customers Answer questions about our menus & make recommendations Cash handling, keep track of receipts & gratuities, cashing up at the end of the business day Opening & closing the business Support the Senior Management team in daily operations and decision making Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards Training our waiting staff to a high standard & maintain these standards Hosting & expediting shifts to ensure smooth running Help organise special events Create & post social media content Setting tables & rearranging the dining area to accommodate for larger bookings/special occasions

Experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is desirable.

Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.

Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
