The Role
This is a
dynamic, fast-paced role
where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in the entire auction process, from the early planning stages to sale day, through to site clearance. You'll get to work on industrial and commercial sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a
portfolio of auction projects
, overseeing each stage from preparation to post-sale.
Take ownership of all
administrative tasks
for your projects, ensuring smooth operations.
Catalogue and list
plant and machinery
, creating detailed and accurate asset schedules.
Upload auction lots to our auction software, with accurate descriptions and images.
Prepare equipment for auction, including tagging and presentation of assets.
Liaise with
buyers and sellers
, coordinating viewing days and responding to queries.
Advise buyers and sellers on
transport and collection arrangements
.
Ensure all
Health & Safety
requirements are met on-site.
Assist in
marketing preparation
, working closely with our marketing team to promote auctions.
Work with accounts to ensure payments are received, and sales are signed off.
Be
hands-on
, which may involve lifting and moving equipment for cataloguing.
About You
We're looking for someone with
ambition, energy, and a desire to learn

Ideally, you have a background or interest in
engineering or machinery
(or are keen to learn).
Flexible and willing to work longer hours during auction preparation periods.
Highly motivated with a

Detail-oriented with
excellent organisational skills

Data entry experience and proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
are essential.
Full UK Driving Licence (required).
