About the role

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and seeing projects through from start to finish? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to join our dynamic Delivery Operations team.


In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout multi-product delivery journeys--ensuring that every stage runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You'll collaborate across engineering, procurement, scheduling, and delivery teams to coordinate small to medium-sized projects, supporting the seamless execution of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for customers throughout delivery. Coordinate small to mid-sized projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. Track progress, manage updates, and resolve customer queries. Schedule engineers and allocate resources effectively. Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Monitor budgets, risks, and escalate issues when needed. Support account managers and mentor junior team members. Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator with experience in Telecoms or IT managed services. You'll be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.


You should bring strong attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of project coordination, budgeting, and commercial drivers. The ability to collaborate across teams, problem-solve quickly, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude is key.
