We are now looking for a friendly and engaging Junior Barista to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Key accountabilities

As Junior Barista, you will

Have full knowledge of the food and drink offering in PageCommon and have a full understanding of coffee culture and share necessary knowledge with guests Prepare and serve all food & beverage items on the menu Replenish fridges, dry goods and coffee machines and ensure all food and beverage items are ready for service Greet and serve guests in a personalised, polite and friendly manner Take orders, serve guests and process card and cash payments with care

As Junior Barista, you will have

Preferably experience working in s coffee shop serving high quality coffee in a fast paced and busy environment Interest in food with some knowledge of food preparation Desire to learn the art of coffee making and latte art Strong customer focus and ability to engage and connect with guests Ability to multi-task and work in an efficient and logical manner Good command of spoken English Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns (8 hour shifts in a 5-day work week)
