About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Brand Assistant to support the development, execution, and coordination of brand-focused marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, customer engagement, and marketing communications, and who is eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment. You will work closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure brand consistency, support campaign delivery, and strengthen brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of brand and marketing campaigns Assist with maintaining brand guidelines across all marketing materials Help coordinate brand activations, promotions, and events Support content creation for digital, social, and promotional platforms Assist with market research and competitor analysis Support customer engagement initiatives to enhance brand awareness Track campaign performance and assist with reporting Provide administrative and coordination support to the brand team

Skills & Requirements

Strong interest in branding, marketing, and communications Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Willingness to learn and develop new skills Basic understanding of marketing or branding is desirable No previous experience required, full training provided
