About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Junior Customer Service Brand Assistant to join our marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, supporting brand campaigns, and gaining hands-on experience across customer service, events, and brand promotion. You'll play a key part in representing brands, assisting customers, and supporting the delivery of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent brands at events, pop-ups, and promotional activities Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer customer questions Support the execution of marketing and brand awareness campaigns Assist in creating basic marketing content such as social media posts and promotional assets Help set up displays, event stands, and brand activation areas Collect customer feedback and contribute to basic market research Monitor campaign performance and help prepare simple reports Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery
