About the Position





This is a standout opportunity to support the growth of our most important brand in the UK and Ireland: Flora, as we aim to transform our marketing team and capabilities. As Junior Brand Manager, you'll support the delivery of our P&L commitments through having full responsibility to lead specific projects and build your skills and experience across the full marketing mix (6Ps) -- from renovation to innovation, pack design, content creation, owned, earned and paid media, shopper activation and digital retail media.



You'll report directly to the Senior Brand Manager and work closely with local and central functions across Sales, RGM, Category, Innovation and R&D. Key responsibilities include:




Brand Strategy & Growth




Input to and support the UKI strategy and positioning for Flora, aligning with regional and global direction. Support the development and deployment of consumer-first growth plans across the 6Ps, based on insight and market trends. Help build winning customer selling stories for grocery retailers including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons.

Performance, Budget & Activation




Lead specific projects across renovation, innovation, content and activation Ensure robust A&P budget management covering media, digital, influencer marketing, shopper marketing and e-commerce activations. Set and track clear KPIs for brand performance, with proactive actions to optimise results. Use data to drive decision-making and establish scorecards that bring visibility and focus across functions.

Cross-functional Collaboration




Foster strong working relationships across Category, RGM, Sales, Innovation and R&D teams. Ensure seamless alignment across brand and customer initiatives to drive joint value creation.

Provide positive energy as a key member of the marketing team, helping to create an engaging, high-performing team culture. Champion a high-performance, high-ownership culture among your immediate colleagues and across the broader function.
