Key Responsibilities - Junior Business Analyst Entry-Level Jobs

Support business analysis activities across a range of projects, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and IT teams. Help gather, document, and analyse business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and meet organisational objectives. Assist in mapping current ("as is") and future ("to be") business processes, using recognised business analysis techniques. Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Work with data sources to produce simple analyses, dashboards, or summaries that help drive better decision-making. Participate in solution testing and user acceptance activities, providing feedback to ensure business needs are met. Maintain accurate records and support the continuous improvement of business analysis practices across the team.

Preferred Qualifications - Business Analysis Graduate & Entry Positions

Degree, diploma or recognised certification in Business, IT, Data, or a related discipline (or currently working towards this). Previous exposure to business analysis, project work, data analysis, or process improvement is helpful but not essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Power BI, or similar analysis/reporting tools is an advantage.
