Advansys Technologies Limited, We are a fast-growing software technology company providing an advanced

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

designed to help businesses optimise inventory, streamline operations, and improve supply chain visibility.
We're looking for a

Junior Business Analyst

who can bridge the gap between our technical team and our clients -- demonstrating the product, understanding client needs, and ensuring smooth onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging

product demos

of our WMS to prospective clients (in-person and online). Understand client requirements and

map them to system features

. Collaborate with the sales team to help

convert leads into clients

. Provide

training sessions

and onboarding support for new clients post-sale. Prepare

demo data, scripts, and configurations

before client sessions. Gather

client feedback

and communicate enhancement requests to the product team. Assist in creating

training materials, user guides, and process documentation

. Support internal testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) of new WMS features. Help identify opportunities to improve demo processes and customer experience.

Requirements

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field. Strong understanding of

warehouse, logistics, or inventory processes

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident in conducting

product demos and client training sessions

. Ability to quickly grasp new software systems and explain them simply. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.

Desirable:

Experience with

WMS / ERP / logistics software

. Prior experience in

pre-sales, product support, or business analysis

. Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows. Familiarity with

B2B SaaS

environments.
