London-based Business Development team

to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-moving industries.

What You'll Do

Support the execution of BTCC's business development and marketing initiatives

across assigned regions.

Research and engage potential partners, affiliates, and KOLs

to build meaningful relationships and support community growth.

Assist in planning and delivering marketing activations, events, and campaigns

that drive user engagement.

Conduct market and competitor research

to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

Collaborate with internal teams

(marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment and smooth campaign execution.

Help prepare presentations, reports, and partnership materials

for both internal and external use.

What You Bring

Ideally

1-3 years of experience

in business development, partnerships, marketing, or sales -- though strong graduates passionate about crypto are encouraged to apply.

Fluent in English

and

one additional language

from our target list. A strong interest in

crypto, blockchain, and the Web3 ecosystem

. Excellent

communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

.

Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

, with a growth mindset and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, international environment

with cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of

crypto exchanges, blockchain platforms, or Web3 communities

. Curiosity about

DeFi, tokenomics, staking, or digital asset trends

. Experience engaging with

affiliate, influencer, or online community networks

. Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, or Trello).
