Job Description

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Junior Business Development Executive (Apprentice) to join our Business Development team, primarily based at our Slough & Langley campus.

The successful candidate can expect to work across our Slough & Langley and Berkshire College for Agriculture sites.

Please note that this is an apprenticeship with an expected end date of 2 years from commencement. This role pays the National Living Wage which is 23,957.10.

Junior Business Development Executive

The successful candidate will work as a trainee within the team, supporting employer engagement activity and helping to increase apprenticeship starts year-on-year. You will develop key skills in business administration, communication, customer engagement, and sales support, while receiving structured training and ongoing mentoring.
