The Role
We're looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to help identify and develop new project opportunities across your region. Working closely with our senior commercial team, you'll:
Build relationships with new and existing clients (housebuilders, contractors, consultants)
Attend in-person meetings and site visits to discuss project needs
Support with lead generation, quotations, and follow-ups
Work collaboratively with estimating and operations teams
Represent the company at trade events and exhibitions
This is a hybrid role - you'll work from home part of the week, with regular travel to client sites and meetings.
Who We're Looking For
We're open on background -- what matters most is drive, confidence, and communication skills. You'll be a good fit if you:
Have previous B2B or field sales experience (any sector)
Enjoy meeting people and building relationships face to face
Are UK-based and able to travel regionally
Have a professional, self-motivated approach
Hold a full UK driving licence
Construction or technical sales experience is a bonus, but not essential -- full training will be provided.
