What You'll Be Doing

You'll be an integral part of our dynamic purchasing team, ensuring we source, procure, and deliver the right materials at the right time -- helping drive our supply chain success.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapidly issue RFQs and chase timely supplier responses Provide full pricing and availability breakdowns within tight turnaround times Identify alternative stock, tear-down potentials, and VOI availability Source new suppliers to expand our vendor base Investigate part availability and historical supplier data Process purchase orders and works orders efficiently and accurately Monitor inventory and LSDs daily to hit weekly supply targets Support sales by ensuring optimal stock availability Negotiate with suppliers to meet cost-saving and quality targets Conduct performance reviews and audits on key suppliers Manage commercial aspects of logistics and warehousing Contribute to purchasing strategy and implement process improvements
What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field CIPS qualification (or working towards it) is a plus

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication Highly organised with sharp analytical thinking Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proactive problem-solver and critical thinker Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Comfortable working independently and within a team

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage) is advantageous Understanding of inventory management tools and supplier KPIs
