Junior Cad Technician (m&e / Building Services)

Job Description
We Are Bau Group are looking for a Junior CAD Technician to join our growing M&E team. This role would suit a motivated individual who is either qualified or currentlystudying in a relevant discipline and is looking to develop their career within mechanical and electrical building services design.
You will work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers, receiving structured support and training while contributing to live projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in producing CAD drawings for mechanical and electrical services Update and amend drawings as required Support the design team with coordination drawings Issue drawings in line with project and document control procedures Maintain drawing registers and file structures Assist with as-built drawings at project completion
Qualifications & Experience
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in CAD, Engineering, Construction, orBuilding Services
(or currently working towards one)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (essential) Interest in M&E / Building Services design Ability to read and understand technical drawings Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and organisational skills Revit experience or interest in BIM desirable but not essential
