This role is based at our customer's site in the Midlands, Derbyshire, Cheshire and/or our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Coventry--a unique joint venture between FEV and Coventry University, designed to foster innovation and collaboration.

The Role




We're looking for a

Junior Calibration Engineer

to support hybrid powertrain calibration and validation activities. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while learning from industry experts.




Assist in calibration and development tasks for hybrid powertrain systems. Collect and analyse test data to support issue resolution. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment. Support validation activities and contribute to test trips. Learn and apply calibration tools and methodologies under guidance.



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent). 0-2 years of experience in powertrain or automotive engineering Basic knowledge of calibration tools (INCA, CANalyzer) and data analysis software. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. * Good communication and teamwork abilities.
