Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Provide information about marketing campaigns, promotions, and services.
Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing team to align call centre activities with brand objectives.
Support in developing scripts and call strategies to improve customer engagement.
Maintain a positive and consistent brand image in all communications.
Requirements
