Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote client campaigns and generate interest in products or services
Handle inbound customer enquiries, providing accurate and engaging brand information

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client campaigns, offers, and promotions
Log customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently
Support the marketing team in achieving campaign goals and performance targets

Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and active listening skills
