As a Junior Call Centre Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to introduce client products and services, answer enquiries, and close sales. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
Respond to inbound enquiries, providing product details and resolving questions

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
