The Junior Call Centre Support Officer will support our inbound and outbound call centre operations by ensuring efficient communication between clients, customers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and eager to develop a career in customer support within a marketing-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily running of call centre activities and provide administrative support to the team
Monitor call queues, handle basic customer queries, and escalate complex issues to senior staff
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
Support campaign activity by scheduling outbound calls and following up on customer leads
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous responses
Help identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and communication
Perform data entry, maintain CRM systems, and generate basic reports
