The Role

As a

Junior Campaign Manager

, you'll play an essential part in delivering outstanding campaigns and representing well-known brands through various client campaigns.

You'll start by learning the fundamentals of campaign management, brand representation, and customer engagement with

ongoing mentoring and hands-on training

from experienced leaders. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility in areas such as team coordination, campaign strategy, and leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing clients and brands across various campaigns Engaging with customers, building relationships and promoting products/services Supporting the setup and execution of marketing campaigns Tracking results and providing feedback to improve performance Learning how to manage and lead small teams as you progress Attending team workshops, networking events, and national conferences
