Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards. Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Support the head chef in menu planning and development, offering creative input based on seasonal ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Qualifications

Culinary experience or formal training in cookery is highly desirable. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for food production and presentation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
