Junior Sales Representative - Immediate Start | Full-Time

Colchester

and are looking for Junior Sales Representatives to help represent household brands in a face-to-face capacity.

This is an entry-level position where we focus on developing talent. Whether you're fresh out of education, changing industries, or looking for a new start, we'll help you gain the confidence and skills to thrive in a sales environment.

What does the role involve?

Interacting directly with customers in residential, event, or venue-based settings Representing well-known brands with confidence and clarity Offering product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs Learning key sales techniques including rapport building, objection handling, and closing Attending regular skills workshops and one-on-one mentoring sessions Completion of sales in line with company targets and client requirements. This is on a face to face basis with customers.
