Job Specification
- Assisting in the design and development of new formulations
- Sourcing ingredients and preparing trial batches in the lab
- Documenting test results
- Supporting other team members.
- Researching new technologies and market trends.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance and ingredient checks
- Uploading and managing material data
- Communicating clearly to clients and colleagues
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Occasionally attending industry events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline
- Enjoys both lab work and office-based work
- Is a team player who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving
- (Bonus) Has prior lab experience
