We are searching for an individual with at least 1 years claims handling experience to assist us with our claims audit and underwriter support programme.
This is a back office, non-customer contact role.
You will be required to:
Audit travel claims against the terms and conditions of the products that we offer for UK and EU territories (may include occasional travel to Germany and Spain).
Review claim reserves to ensure that they are reflected of expected costs.
Assist with purchase process information for claims and claims complaints.
Complete policy price comparisons as and when required.
This is a full-time office-based role based in Worthing West Sussex where you will be working under the support and direction of a senior member of the management team with oversight from the Operations Director.
You must:
Have at least 1 year's insurance claims handling experience
Be able to work under direction and carry out instructions methodically.
Be able to effectively manage multiple tasks during your working day.
Have a high attention to detail.
Have a proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under strict timescales/under pressure.
Have excellent communication skills that can be drawn upon for verbal, written and face to face communication with our working partners.
Hours of Work:
Based on 37.5 hours per week, shifts covering 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary 25,000 to 27,000.
