As a Junior Client Event Representative, you'll play a key role in representing our clients at live events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. You'll act as the face of the brand, engaging with customers, providing information, and ensuring each event runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients at marketing and promotional events with professionalism and enthusiasm
Engage with event attendees to promote products/services and generate interest
Answer questions and provide detailed product or service information
Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics
Maintain a strong understanding of each client's brand and objectives
Assist in capturing customer feedback and reporting key insights to the event team
Contribute to the planning and execution of event strategies
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals
