As a Junior Event Representative, you will play a hands-on role in delivering exciting event campaigns. From interacting with customers to supporting event logistics, you'll help create memorable experiences that represent our clients in the best possible light.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at marketing events, pop-ups, trade shows, and promotional sites
Engage directly with the public to promote products, services, or causes
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site organisation
Collect and report customer feedback and campaign data to the team
Support team leads with coordination and execution of marketing activities
Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and brand consistency at all times
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills
Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Previous experience in customer service, retail, events, or promotions is a plus (but not essential)
