Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Junior CNC Programmer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge in creating detailed machine instructions for our CNC machines to deliver accurate products, and optimising manufacturing processes. Your role is crucial in turning designs into high-quality finished products by setting up, maintaining, and delivering accurate programmes to our CNC Department for development. Key Responsibilities
Analyse product CAD models, blueprints, and specifications to make programmes that are accurate for CNC machines according to the required production specifications. Develop and optimise CNC programs using CAM software to improve production efficiency and product quality. Perform tests runs and make adjustments to ensure the programs produce parts meeting specifications and quality standards. Maintain clear and accurate records of CNC operations and program modifications. Communicate effectively with the CNC programmer to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Collaborate with design and production staff to solve machining or assembly issues.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Junior CNC Programmer in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Solidworks preferred). In-depth understanding of wood properties and machinery. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Diploma or certification in CNC programming/machining or related field is required.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
