Commercial Assistant Position working within the Fire, Security & Data Sector that would suit a College/Uni Graduate.

Job role and responsibilities include:

- Working with Construction Contracts, JCT & NEC and associated processes in both the private and public sector

- Reviewing of Contracts prior to presenting for Director Signatures

- Strong Personality, Confident at the written & an opportunity to develop in Customer facing environments

- Accurate record keeping, preparing and submission of Applications, Variations, Cash Flow Forecasts, Costs to Complete, Final Accounts, agreeing Final Accounts

- Maintaining Retention release dates

- Preparation of internal cost reviews

- Well written, punctual, concise, accurate.

Primarily based at our Offices in London, or at other site locations to suit the needs of the business. Must be comfortable commuting into London on a daily basis. We are generally a projects-based business, working for Main Contractors and Electrical Contractors. Most projects are in London or within the M25. 40 hours a week, typically, we start at 08;30 working an 8 hour shift + break times. Salary position. 25 days paid holiday per annum (pro-rated, our holiday year runs from January to December), 3 days are to be retained for the Christmas break. 8 paid Bank Holiday days. 6 months' Probationary Period. Employees will be entitled to join the NEST Pension scheme after a 3 month period, and private healthcare after 6 months. Conversant with MS Office suite. NDA will be Required of successful Candidate. No Criminal Record or previous convictions. Capable of satisfying screening process to BS7858. Further training oppotunities for the right candidate. Salary competitive.
