Mission
As Junior Concierge, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Concierge team, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. Acting as a key support to the Head Concierge and Assistant Head Concierge, you will help lead the team, maintain operational standards, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the energy, style, and excellence of ME London.
Key Responsibilities - Operational Excellence
Support the leadership of the Concierge department, assisting with daily operations and team coordination
Deliver outstanding guest service, handling requests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
Step in for senior Concierge leadership when required to ensure smooth departmental operations
Assist with recruitment, training, and ongoing development of Concierge team members
Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, and security procedures at all times
Maintain departmental SOPs, training records, and operational documentation
Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless, personalised guest journeys
Manage departmental resources, supplies, and cost controls efficiently
Complete accurate shift handovers and maintain clear internal communication
What we're looking for
Previous experience in Front Office or Concierge within a hotel environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of London and its cultural, dining, and entertainment scene
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
A confident team player with a positive and professional attitude
