Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on individual to take ownership of build and refurbishment projects across our commercial and residential property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who has managed their own renovations, worked on the tools, or delivered smaller projects, and is now ready to step into full project management responsibility.

You'll be responsible for taking a property from planning application through to build or refurbishment, delivering results quickly and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain planning permission and change-of-use approvals to unlock value. Manage the build-out of sites and refurbishments from start to finish. Take full responsibility for budgets, trades, materials, and timescales. Deliver completed projects that create measurable improvements in value and yield. Work independently, making quick, effective decisions to keep projects moving.

Requirements

Track record of delivering building or refurbishment projects (professional or personal). Practical, hands-on approach - you know how things are built, not just how to write reports. Highly organised, with the ability to manage costs and deadlines independently. Results-driven and entrepreneurial, with ambition to grow into larger projects. Knowledge of property law, planning, or building regulations is an advantage.

What We Offer

Salary:

35,000 - 45,000 (DOE)

Bonus:

Up to 30% on top of salary based on value created through completed projects
