Sleaford Building Services Limited (SBS) is an MEP design and build contractor specialising in quality installations throughout the UK. Based in Lincolnshire, SBS is a growing family-owned business with in-house expertise in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. SBS operates its own fabrication facility for off-site modular construction and has a dedicated ventilation department and process engineering specialists. Our qualified design team delivers BIM Level 2 standards, provides thermal modelling advice, and offers strategies for Low and Zero carbon technologies. SBS handles projects ranging from minor maintenance to multi-million-pound MEP installations requiring high technical knowledge and coordination.

Sleaford Building Services specialise in commercial and industrial installations and are currently looking for a full time Junior Mechanical Project Manager based in the Sleaford or surrounding area due to the growth of the business.

Successful candidates will have good academic skills and an interest in engineering. SBS will offer training both in house and potentially college to facilitate the successful candidate to become a competent and qualified engineer.

All aspects of mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance Project management training Design/estimating & PM duties Liaising with customers/Main contractors

Good academic skills (numeracy and literacy) Good team player Capable of working alone Disciplined and Structured IT literate Full clean Driving Licence
