Junior Content and Media Coordinator

Salary 25k - Full time permanent, officed based role.

Havant, Hampshire

ATS Heritage is looking for a Junior Content and Media Coordinator. You will be joining the UK's leading provider of multimedia guides, audio guides and mobile apps for Museums, Galleries and?Heritage?sites and supporting some very high stature clients.

The Coordinator will report to the Senior Producers. The role will include:

Uploading, editing and maintaining content within various Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with project goals. Assist in structuring and formatting content for web and interactive platforms. Organise and catalogue digital assets. Maintain media libraries. Support basic audio and video editing tasks. Assist on location during film shoots, providing support with running, gripping, and general production logistics.
You will support our creative media team in delivering engaging digital experiences for museums and heritage organisations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for cultural storytelling and a keen interest in digital content production.

Qualifications and Essential skills

HNC or Bachelor's Degree in Creative Arts, Media, or relevant experience. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or bespoke systems). Basic proficiency in media editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity, Photoshop). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Interest in museums, heritage, and digital storytelling. Willingness to learn new skills to support personal development

Desirables:

A keen eye for graphic design is desirable, especially for preparing visual assets and layouts. Knowledge of UK visitor attractions and cultural sites Experience with camera operation and/or audio recording equipment is a bonus.
This role is a full time office based role, in Havant Hampshire.
