Within this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by maintaining and growing a library of pre-written content and templates to improve proposal quality. You will also create high-impact graphics and customised proposal documents that align with our company's strategy and contribute to our profit and growth aspirations.

How you'll make an impact

Content Management:

Assist in designing and developing our Global RFP Content Library. Manage and enhance RFP content to maintain consistency and standardisation. Collaborate with Bid Management colleagues to capture and format responses for RFIs, PQQs, ITTs, and RFPs. Extract, cleanse, and store new content for future use. Assist in crafting proposal formats and customisable visual resources. Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards for database information.

Design:

Compose impactful visuals, including infographics, flowcharts, timelines, and structure charts. Support the creation of bid collateral such as reports, tender responses, and presentations, adhering to Gallagher's brand guidelines. Maintain and update templates and editable graphic's content. Manage version control and archiving of templates and graphics.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work with broking teams to review and refine content into a defined style. Build positive relationships across the business and marketing community. Collaborate closely with the Global RFP Director, Design Manager, and the wider Global RFP Team.

Operational Excellence:

Apply project management tools to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement tangible solutions. Advocate for adherence to Gallagher's brand guidelines and shared values.



About You



Educated to degree level or equivalent. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is needed. Experience in RFP Content Library/Knowledge coordination within a corporate environment is desirable. Preferred experience in a bid team or fast paced environment, ideally within the insurance, brokerage, or financial services sector. Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals. Excellent written English and proofreading skills. Outstanding project management and organisational skills. Acute attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards. Experience with SharePoint administration is desirable. Additional languages are advantageous. You must have the right to work in the UK.
