Position Summary:

A creative and digitally fluent Junior Content Creator who is a key member of our marketing team, with a strong focus on social media management and graphic design. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging content and managing our presence across key social platforms. You'll play a vital part in shaping our brand's voice and visual identity online, helping to educate and engage our audience in the world of bullion and precious metals. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Collaborate with the ecommerce teak to create a structured content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement. Keep up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to ensure content remains relevant and effective. Content Creation Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Produce short-form video content (e.g. reels, stories, YouTube Shorts) to support product education and brand storytelling. Write clear, engaging captions and post copy tailored to each platform and audience. Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that supports product launches, educational initiatives, and brand campaigns. Brand & Visual Identity Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across all channels. Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual presence, suggesting new formats and creative approaches. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and click-through rates. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to refine content strategy and improve audience engagement. Use data to test and optimise content types, posting times, and formats for maximum impact. Collaboration & Support Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives. Support the execution of paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships where appropriate. Assist with occasional email marketing content and website updates as part of broader digital initiatives.
Team Communication & Collaboration

Team Contribution & Communication: Participate actively in team huddles and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure cohesive operations. Performance Tracking: Work diligently to achieve and exceed departmental KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization. Staff Meeting: Present your section's performance, insights, and key updates at monthly staff meetings. Ensure that the team is informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to align with overall business objectives. Alignment with Mission and Values: Consistently work towards achieving the company's mission and upholding our core values by ensuring that your actions and decisions contribute positively to the overall goals of the business. Proactive Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to add value through small but impactful updates. Actively identify and report back on operational processes that could be improved to enhance workplace efficiency and contribute to the success of the team.
