Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator with a background in digital communication to support Fair for You's communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your writing skills and technical knowledge to enhance our brand presence and support our content marketing strategies.

Responsibilities



Content Creation

Create innovative visual content (graphics, carousels, short videos) for social media (primarily Instagram and Facebook) using tools such as Canva, Animaker and CapCut. Produce engaging written content for blogs and newsletters. Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand alignment. Assist with photography or basic videography for campaigns
Content Management

Create and manage content scheduling across social media channels using tools like Notion and SocialPilot. Maintain and update website pages via a content management system (CMS). Create and maintain a content calendar (campaigns, relevant national events, deadlines, posts). Keep digital content libraries organised (images, documents, templates). Monitor comments and engage with customers across social media channels.
Support for Communications & Campaigns

Contribute ideas for creative campaigns that bring Fair for You's mission to life across various channels. Support campaign planning by researching trends, audiences, and competitor content. Help draft and send-out SMS to customers and staff updates on Slack. Assist with analytics reporting social media insights, website traffic, email performance. Provide admin support for communications tasks such as preparing presentations, tracking media mentions, drafting surveys or coordinating content requests from third parties and internal teams.

Requirements



Essential:

Creative mindset and interest in ethical lending Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends Basic design and visual content skills (Canva or similar) Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills Strong attention to detail Familiarity with CMS platforms (eg: WordPress) and data analysis tools (eg: Excel) or willingness to learn
Desirable:

Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager Understanding of SEO basics Basic video editing skills (eg: CapCut) Experience with email and SMS marketing tools (eg: Mailchimp) Photography or videography interest

Pay: 26,000.00-29,000.00 per year
