An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and enthusiastic Junior CRM Developer to manage and enhance our existing CRM system while supporting the development of in-house telematics solutions. This role involves tailoring, maintaining, and implementing CRM changes, and collaborating with the Engineering team to develop telematics front and back ends.





Working for the market leader in heavy plant lifting equipment sales, rental and aftercare the Junior CRM Developer will join an organisation with over 60 years' experience supplying heavy lifting equipment to the port and mining industries of West & Central Africa.





The ideal candidate will have:


an understanding of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) Programming experience (JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL) Knowledge of database management and data architecture. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.




Main responsibilities will be to:


Customise and maintain the existing CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics). Develop and implement CRM workflows and enhancements. Work with Engineering to design telematics solutions for data collection and reporting. Ensure seamless integration between CRM and telematics platforms.



What We're Looking For:




Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload in a busy pressured environment Good level of education (Mathematics and English GCSE or equivalent) Excellent interpersonal skills Computer literate, strong demonstrable knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel Able to demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills Strong attention to detail with a good level of numeracy
