As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you will play an important role in delivering excellent service and support to customers on behalf of our marketing clients. You'll assist with enquiries, provide accurate information, and help maintain positive relationships between customers and the brands we represent. Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. Provide clear and accurate information about products and services. Support marketing campaigns by engaging with customers professionally. Record customer feedback and update internal systems accordingly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer service delivery. Follow company guidelines and maintain brand standards during all interactions. Assist in resolving customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
