As a

Junior Customer Service Executive

, you will serve as the bridge between customers and our clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and effective. You'll gain hands-on experience in both marketing and customer service while developing the soft skills essential for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for customers--answering queries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information Represent client brands during promotional campaigns and marketing events Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive brand experience Collaborate with marketing and events teams to align on campaign goals and customer engagement strategies Accurately record customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement Stay up to date with client offerings, campaign changes, and market trends

What We're Looking For



Strong interpersonal and communication skills A friendly, confident, and customer-focused approach Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive attitude Eagerness to learn and grow within a customer-facing role Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential--full training is provided
