As a Junior Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a vital role in representing our clients' brands. Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person during promotional campaigns
Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional and approachable manner
Respond to queries, provide information on products and services, and handle minor complaints
Accurately log interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system
Support sales teams with client follow-ups and pre/post-campaign communication

Assist in preparing customer service reports and documentation for internal review
