Role Overview



As a Junior Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a vital role in representing our clients' brands. You'll provide exceptional service, resolve queries, and help support the customer journey while working closely with our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person during promotional campaigns Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional and approachable manner Respond to queries, provide information on products and services, and handle minor complaints Accurately log interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system Support sales teams with client follow-ups and pre/post-campaign communication Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints Gather customer feedback and report trends to help improve campaign strategies Assist in preparing customer service reports and documentation for internal review

Ideal Candidate



Excellent verbal and written communication skills A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer focus Confident working in a fast-paced, marketing-led environment Able to manage time effectively and multitask Tech-savvy with basic experience using CRM or data entry tools (training provided) A willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented culture Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a bonus but not essential
