Junior Customer Service Representative

to join our expanding marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop their skills in communication, customer engagement, and marketing. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting our marketing campaigns through direct customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner during marketing events and campaigns. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Collect and record customer feedback to help improve campaign performance. Represent clients and the company in a positive and professional way. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign goals. Participate in regular training sessions to develop product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, confident, and customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving and listening abilities. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Professional presentation and reliability. No previous experience required, full training will be provided.
