About the Role



As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact between our clients and their customers. You'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns by providing excellent service, handling enquiries, and ensuring customers have a positive experience throughout their journey. You will receive full training and ongoing support to help you develop strong communication and service skills.

Key Responsibilities



Represent client brands across events, residential, and B2B marketing campaigns Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide clear product or service information Resolve basic customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency Support customer onboarding and follow-up processes Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to support campaign objectives Deliver service with a positive, can-do attitude in every interaction Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and communication skills

No previous experience required, full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and approachable demeanour Ability to work well in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Professional appearance and a genuine commitment to customer care
