Your Role

The Junior Customer Service Technician is responsible for carrying out service requests from our clients. The position reports to the Team Lead/Customer Service Manager in our data centres, and works closely with various Operations departments to ensure the customer service requests are taken care of accordingly. You will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class customer service experience to our clients whilst ensuring a reliable data connectivity to support their day-to-day business operation.

What you\'ll need

  • Any of these qualifications would be advantageous CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/DCCA/DCDC/DCID/ATS
  • Ideally but not essential - Computer Science degree, Computer information\'s systems degree, Mechanical engineering degree or Electrical engineering
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focus
  • Pro-Active, Self-Starter
  • Quality-driven
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification or similar demonstrating that you have passed the relevant Health and Safety tests (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience working in client-facing industries (desirable but not essential)
