As a Junior Customer Support Brand Agent, you will play a key role in providing support to customers while representing our clients' brands with professionalism and care. You will assist with enquiries, provide information about marketing campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer experience that reflects our clients' values.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide information and assistance related to brand campaigns and promotions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information.

Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.
