Job Description

Join our team as a Junior Data Analyst, focusing on creating and maintaining Power BI reports that support data-driven decisions across the group. This role will cover current CRM data and future telematics solutions, working closely with business and engineering teams.






Working for the market leader in heavy plant lifting equipment sales, rental and aftercare the Junior CRM Developer will join an organisation with over 60 years' experience supplying heavy lifting equipment to the port and mining industries of West & Central Africa.





The ideal candidate will have:


Proficiency in Power BI, Fabric and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of data architecture and database concepts. Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.




And ideally also have the following skills


Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Experience with APIs for data extraction. Knowledge of data modelling and DAX.



Key Responsibilities




Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for CRM and telematics data. Analyse data trends to provide actionable insights for customer satisfaction and operational performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Assist in integrating telematics data streams into analytics platforms.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload in a busy pressured environment Good level of education (Mathematics and English GCSE or equivalent) Excellent interpersonal skills Computer literate, strong demonstrable knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel Able to demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills Strong attention to detail
