Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Management/ Supervision: Head of Business Intelligence

Role Description:

You will be part of a small team responsible for the creation, maintenance & analysis of data reporting and general business intelligence.

You will focus on supporting Sales, Marketing & GTM functions across the organisation, providing robust and accessible data outputs

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintenance of multiple weekly and daily reports

Creation of visual dashboards to provide commercial insight and remove data ambiguity

Analysis of market trends using internal & external data sources

Work with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency

Ad hoc data analysis and report creation

Assist with the development and preparation of the organisation's data strategy and general business planning

Maintain contact with internal and external "client/customers" relating to data issues

Maintain accurate data and other associated records and activities

Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers

From time to time, you may have the opportunity to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role even where these fall outside your own department/team

What induction and ongoing training will be provided?

Candidates will receive a thorough induction and onboarding process, covering the following:

Product training - understanding and getting hands on time with our range of CE products such as 4K TVs, Refrigeration, Laundry and others.

Introduction to other departments and understanding their roles

Attend regular meetings with sales and product teams

Weekly 1-2-1 meetings with line manager

Internal training and support to learn skills and data knowledge

Essential Skills:
